Eye Care
How I approach your care, and everything I treat.

I'm a board-certified cataract, cornea and refractive surgeon. My focus is the front of the eye: the lens, the cornea and the ocular surface.
My approach
Every plan starts with a conversation. Before recommending anything, I want to understand how you use your eyes, what matters to you, and what's going on with your health overall. Then we decide together.

What I treat
- Cataract surgery, including advanced lens options for seeing near and far, and the Light Adjustable Lens
- LASIK and PRK laser vision correction
- EVO ICL, a lens placed inside the eye that can free people from glasses and contacts
- Dry eye and ocular surface disease, including autoimmune eye disease such as Sjögren's
- Corneal disease and transplants, such as Fuchs' dystrophy and corneal scarring, including DMEK, DSAEK and full-thickness transplants
- Keratoconus, including corneal crosslinking with Epioxa, a newer "epi-on" treatment
The team behind the care
Outstanding patient care is never a one-person job. It takes a whole team, and I've been lucky to work with an incredible one. From the moment a patient walks through the door, through preparing for surgery, the surgery itself and the recovery afterward, this team is by their side. They are the people who make the biggest difference, for my patients and for me, and I'm so grateful for every one of them.

They never stop learning, either. In one of our hands-on training sessions, the team practiced handling donated corneal tissue, the precious gift that makes a corneal transplant possible. They are highly skilled and always eager to learn more, and I'm lucky to work alongside them.
