The EVO ICL (Implantable Collamer Lens) is a thin, soft lens placed inside the eye, in front of your natural lens. It corrects your prescription from the inside, without removing any corneal tissue.

Who it can help

  • People with higher prescriptions, especially nearsightedness
  • People with thinner corneas or dry eye who may not be good candidates for LASIK or PRK
  • Anyone looking for an alternative to laser vision correction

What to expect

The procedure is quick and done as an outpatient, and many people notice a dramatic improvement in their vision within a day or two. Because nothing is removed from the cornea, the lens can be taken out later if needed.

A thorough evaluation, including measurements of the inside of your eye, tells us whether the EVO ICL is a good fit for you.
